Registered dietitian and pediatric feeding expert Rachel Rothman, MS, RD, CLEC will discuss what you can expect when it comes to meeting your toddler’s dietary and social needs at mealtime, and teach you proven strategies for managing toddler feeding behaviors and challenges. Rachel will provide you with evidence-based guidelines as you learn how to properly nourish your child. Rachel’s strategies will stick with you as you form a partnership with your children surrounding food, and teach your child to have a healthy relationship with food from an early age. You’ll leave class with the tools to turn mealtime frustrations into peaceful, productive family time.
