I made these spur of the moment, I wanted a way to add a bit of peanut butter and also allow baby to feed herself, as the porridge was bit messy. My little lady has no desire to be spoonfed.
1/3 cup cooked amaranth
1/3 cup quick cook oats, prepared according to package directions
1 tbsp peanut butter
Optional mix-ins: chia seed, flax seed
Combine above and mix well
Take about 1 tbsp and roll into a ball.
Place in front of baby for her/ his enjoyment!
