This was my first amaranth creation. We had applesauce in the fridge so I decided to try the combination with amaranth. Win-win for my toddler and baby
- 3/4 cup cooked amaranth
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- sprinkle cinnamon
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (optional)
- Combine above in a small bowl and mix well.
- Enjoy spoon feeding your infant or yourself OR allow your infant dig in!
