We did it!

The food stamp 7 day challenge is complete!  More to come later.  For now, I am eating my most favorite things I have missed over the week: laughing cow, tortillas, fruit, ice cream (so what if it is 10:30am). I feel really good to have accomplished this, but I see much more clearly the struggle many people face daily.  It's not easy and it's a really great perspective as to what changes in our public health policies need to be addressed.
